Hi, everyone! This is Danielle again.
Yes, my parents are still alive and well and in the Virgin Islands. I know this for a fact because I just got back last night after spending a week with them. Just like last year, they are ridiculously, extravagantly tan.
It's been a bit of a technical nightmare for them with getting e-mail and they've had to resort to (no pun intended) snagging wireless from various resorts or restaurants in the islands, or sneaking into the Caneel Bay Resort on St. John and pretending to be guests to use their computer (which I can't believe ANYONE would buy because they are way too tan to be tourists just there for a week of sun). So, that's why there's been so few blog entries. But they miss all of you and BEG you to e-mail them.
I'll be back, hopefully later today with some pictures and a bit of a travelogue. I had a fantastic time with my parents and it's hard to be back in the land of snow and ice, although great to see my hubby and kitty again.
